However, in unforeseen circumstances and for genuine reasons, you can contact us and we can postpone your upcoming installment due date. Bear in mind, this is done case by case basis and there is no surety it will be approved for you. We also give the flexibility to postpone your upcoming instalment due date from the app itself, but there will convenience fee charged for the same which will be added in your next instalment.
