While we strive to offer all applications a payment plan through Sezzle, we aren’t able to approve every order. If you aren’t approved, we notify you instantly - and then you can check out as normal using a credit card or debit card, or another payment method the merchant supports.
Our system assesses each order individually and takes into account multiple factors. One of the main factors is if you have enough funds available (we like to see at least the down payment amount), how many orders you have outstanding with us and the overall amount outstanding (paying off old orders can help), and the overall amount of the order you’re trying to place (lowering the amount can often help).
We do understand that it can be frustrating to not have a clear limit. However, our unique approval process allows us to provide a service at no extra cost to you.
